Kate Martin is both a very talented photographer and a natural people-person. She knew the best ways to enhance the poses we suggested, and also took helpful initiative in staging us in ways she knew would turn out best. Even though getting professional pictures done can be a little intimidating, Kate helped us loosen up, be ourselves, and capture our most candid moments from the best possible angles. Our 4-year-old daughter is often uncooperative during picture-taking, but Kate has a special knack for working with kids and our daughter excitedly followed every instruction she gave. In addition, Kate is unusually generous with her work by the way she donates certain percentages of her proceeds to causes she is passionate about. In our case, part of her income is going toward our fund to adopt a baby! We cannot speak highly enough of Kate as a photographer and a person, and strongly encourage anyone looking to get high quality professional pictures done to book Kate Martin Photography!

I had my maternity shoot with Kate and it was truly an amazing experience. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful the whole time. She was more than willing to do any ideas I wanted and took her time getting amazing shots. The end product was better than I could have imagined. I am so happy with everything! 5 Stars isn't enough for how amazing Kate and Jill are! They made our wedding feel like an actual wedding. If you feel uncomfortable with any part of your body, they will teach you how to hide it or make it better in pictures. My actual wedding was a mess (which was the reception site's fault), but they made everything great - from making sure everything is timed correctly to just being a joy to have take our photos! I recommend them to everyone! Again - they deserve more than just the 5 our of 5 stars!

Kate did our maternity and newborn photos and we absolutely loved working with her. My husband is not a huge fan of photos and posing for them and she was quick and got his photos done and he loved that it was quick and not hours long. We loved all of our photos and I'm sure her work on our Baby Book will be great! I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for a photographer and we will definitely have Kate take our photos in the future!

Our experience with KM Photography was wonderful! The session with our two-year-old daughter was fast, easy and fun (photo shoots can often be stressful and exhausting with a 2-year-old!) She captured our daughter's personality, with natural-looking photos that didn't seem forced or overly posed. Best of all, we were looking at sample photos just a couple hours later.
